Breezy Construction

 Re local builders: I want to give a shout out to a local master builder and recommend to anyone looking: thank you to Marty Jenkinson of Breezy Constructions. Marty is a local builder who has just done some work for me. He took great care with the work, made sure everything was done carefully and properly, started the job when he said he could & turned up every day till the job was finished, worked hard, explained everything, left everything clean & tidy; when there was a slight issue with a subcontractor, Marty promptly sorted it for me, his prices are very fair - not silly cheap and not the most expensive. He doesn't cuss and swear & respects your privacy. I had a very nasty experience with a dishonest builder previously - having Marty was the opposite experience. Thank you Stacey Jenkinson, his wife and a Sandgate Mum, who sent Marty to the rescue one sunday to my place

 Marty was fantastic to work with, he completed the job (replacing broken floorboards) in such a way that we don't even notice the difference. he went above and beyond, fixing some other small flooring issues. the job was completed professionally, on time and at a very reasonable cost. thanks Marty!

 Marty recently built a pergola and undertook some landscaping work for us as part of our pool project. Marty took the time to talk through lots of ideas with us before construction. He was thoughtful, meticulous, and extremely competent. We love our new backyard which is in no small part thanks to Marty's efforts. I highly recommend his work.
